And the News Is...

There's no news. Nothing to report the last few days. Sorry.

We went driving around Pasadena and Alhambra today. We drove through San Marino--whooo-weeee, would I love to live here. We saw a cute house in Pasadena that we thought was in our price range and is holding an open house tomorrow, but then it turned out that it's actually $100,000 above our price range so that one's out. Anyway, more looking tomorrow.

Trying not to get discouraged. Not easy.

HI Shelby, for 5 Years my husbend and me bought a flat wir Maisonette (like yours in Hamburg). We wanted pay max. 300 000 DM, but at the end it costs 410 000 DM, so it was one hundert thousand DM more, than we wanted to pay.. now I am happy about this decision...becourse of Credit we dont feel this difference and this dont destirb, if we pay the credit 25 years or 30 years long... I just want to say, if you like some house, just think on your wish.. the Money is something, that could be coming... for example if you write some bestseller story!!!! And in one nice House you could write your stories with more motivation and inspiration...

Is it OK for you when I give this kind of advices?

best wishes
Ira

Hey Shelb!

Do NOT get discouraged! I know it's frustrating and upsetting at times, but you'll find the perfect house at the right price.

The market is slowing down a bit so Brad thinks the prices will eventually come down.

Don't fret my sweet!
