So it turns out that the lady who found the finger in her chili at Wendy's has a history of filing lawsuits including a settlement from El Pollo Loco (a chicken chain) when her daughter got sick from eating there. All along Wendy's has claimed that none of their store or food process employees are missing any fingers. Honestly I always thought it was a case of "too gross to be true."
