CPR

So today Kevin and I took our Infant/Child CPR class. It was helpful and informative, since things have changed since the last time I was CPR certified (15+ years ago). What was not helpful was being 8 months pregnant. While I didn't win the award for Most Pregnant Lady In The Class (there was another couple and the woman is due on November 14th) it was still very difficult and uncomfortable getting up and down off the floor, bending over giving rescue breaths. My hips/pelvic problems didn't make things any easier, and I've paid the price by being pretty uncomfortable all day today. But it was informative, and now I feel 100% confident being able to say, "Everyone stay calm! You! Call 911!"
