The first one in the set of Kevin holding Theo made me get a little teary... my old pal from college is a dad!
Then the one with Shelby holding Theo and Jia. This was so beautiful to me. What a deeply loving, thoughtful gesture (and a lesson for those of us whose siblings are biologically related).
Then the one of Shelby in the wheelchair, waiting for Kevin to bring the car around. Maybe I'm emotional about that because it feels like it was pretty recent for me too. But it's such a huge moment, when you say goodbye to the hospital and hello to your brand new life at home together. And there's the one of Shelby and the Christmas dinner, holding the glass of wine with the bottle of milk on the table, too. That says it all. :) So much to celebrate!
Love the one of him in his Christmas outfit. That little squinchy face is hilarious.
