Happy Hanukkah and the Friday Five

Happy Hanukkah to everyone who celebrates!

Here's this week's Friday Five:

1. List your five favorite beverages.
In no particular order: red wine (favorite of those: Pinot Noir), root beer, hot chocolate, lemonade, and white wine. And I also really like water.

2. List your five favorite websites.
Again in no particular order:
Amazon (my wish list!)
Lilek's Bleat (a blog)
Google (what more could you possibly want in a search engine?)
Yahoo (for news and free email, but NOT maps)
and of course, HappyBeagle

3. List your five favorite snack foods.
No particular...well you get the idea. I'm not sure of the difference between snack foods and appetizers, which are also snacky, but I'm going to stick with more traditional snack foods.
Cheese (esp. brie or manchego)
Fruit roll-ups
Chips (baaaaad)
Candy
Beef jerky (also baaaaad)

4. List your five favorite board and/or card games.
Cranium
Euchre
Loaded Questions
Trivial Pursuit
Taboo

5. List your five favorite computer and/or game system games.
Errrr, I don't really play computer games besides Clickomania, but here's some old favorites:
The Eleventh Hour (Mary will remember this one--we stayed awake for nearly 72 hours finishing it)
Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy (the Infocom game)
Dragon's Lair (okay, technically not a computer or console game, but it's an arcade game that you can play on the computer now)
Night Driver (an old Atari driving game)
(I'd originally said "Night Rider" but Erik pointed out my mistake. Not to be confused with Knight Rider...)

I applaud your choice in games. Cranium is a hoot and Euchre requires no explanation. :)

I think you meant "Night Driver" but you get points just for invoking an Atari classic. I actually got to play the arcade version for the first time at PhillyClassic 3. (Yes, Mary, that one!) Fun stuff.

Ah yes, Night Driver it is. No wonder I had such a hard time finding a link for it! I've changed it now.
